  • Pelvic health therapy is a gentle, evidence-based approach that helps address pain, tension, weakness, and dysfunction in the pelvic region. It’s about more than just muscles—it’s about reconnecting with your body in a way that feels safe, supported, and effective.

During pelvic therapy, we’ll work together to understand the full picture: your symptoms, history, posture, movement patterns, stress, and lifestyle. Sessions may include:

    ·       Education about the pelvic floor and nervous system

    ·       Breathwork and body awareness to support regulation and healing

    ·       Gentle, hands-on techniques—internal or external, always with your consent

    ·       Customized movement or exercises to build strength, coordination, and resilience

    ·       Support for emotional healing—especially if there’s a history of trauma or pain

My approach is always trauma-informed, integrative, and consent-based. You’re in charge of your process, and we go at your pace.

  • We offer one-on-one sessions where our full attention is on you. This focused, personalized care allows us to provide highly targeted and effective therapy—so you can start feeling better, faster.

Our goal isn’t to keep you in therapy indefinitely. Most clients experience meaningful relief within 4 to 10 sessions, though this can vary based on your unique needs and the complexity of your symptoms. Together, we’ll create a plan that’s both flexible and aligned with your goals for healing.

  • Yes—virtual sessions can be highly effective, especially when guided by a skilled clinician who understands how to teach, observe, and support you through each step.

    In virtual sessions, we can:

    • Assess your posture, movement patterns, and habits contributing to pain or tension

    • Teach you breathwork, self-release techniques, and exercises you can do at home

    • Guide you through nervous system regulation tools to help reduce pain and restore balance

    • Offer education and coaching around intimacy, prolapse, bladder issues, or painful sex

    • Create a customized care plan that evolves with you—just like in-person work

You’ll receive the same personalized, compassionate support, and you’ll be empowered with tools you can continue to use in daily life.
